Camp Regulations

Speed limit in the camp is 5 mph.

Quiet time in the camp is 10pm to 10am.

No loud radios or boisterous activity after 10pm.

Any excessive drinking will be cause for removal from the camp without a refund.

NO night swimming, and all beach-related activities must have adult supervision. Everyone must be off the beach by dark.

Do not bring garbage from home and put it in the dumpster. Garbage is each camper’s responsibility, and it is to be taken to the dumpster when leaving. DO NOT LEAVE OLD REFRIGERATORS, LAWN MOWERS, ECT. by the dumpster.

Each seasonal is responsible for the cutting of the grass on their site. We do not provide lawn mowers, and we reserve the right to ask you to rid your site of any unnecessary clutter. Let’s all work to preserve the natural beauty of the campground.

One picnic table per site is provided.

Absolutely NO fish guts are to be put in the dumpster or thrown in the woods.

No building of desks or sheds without the permission of the owner.

Children are not permitted to play in or around the pond.

Do not put any nails in trees or cut down trees or limbs without permission from the owner.

Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended to bark. You are responsible for “scooping the poop.”

NO ELECTRIC HEATERS are to be used in your camper.

ALL guests must stop, register and pay the entrance fee. NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL campers with out side refrigerators must pay the fee.
REMEMBER….. These rules are to ensure that each camper enjoys their stay at Blue Water Beach Campground. If the rules are broken, you may be asked to leave the campground without a refund.
Golf Cart Rules & Regulations
1. When you come into camp you will need to give us a copy of your Insurance, demonstrating that you have insurance on your golf cart. It is our experience that you can add your golf cart to your homeowner’s policy. Having Golf Cart Liability Insurance is Mandatory!
2. There will be no standing or hanging on the golf carts. Occupants must be seated at all times, and there will be NO child sitting on driver’s lap steering a golf cart.
3. The speed limit for golf carts is 5 mph.
4. To operate a golf cart you must be 16 and have a Drivers License.
5. Visitors may not operate your cart.
6. Cart riding will cease at 11pm for all campers, to maintain quiet throughout the campground.
7. Anyone caught speeding or driving recklessly will be suspended from golf cart privileges.
8. All golf carts must have lights on if driving at night.
9. Keys must be removed from cart when not in use.
10. Golf carts are for getting from POINT A to POINT B. No unnecessary joy riding.
11. Failure to abide to these rules, can lead to being asked to leave the campgrounds without a refund.
**IN NEW YORK STATE: A Golf Cart is considered a motor Vehicle. If you are impaired in any way, then DO NOT DRIVE!
